This was a special conference designed for final year students preparing to write the West African Senior High School Certificate Examination and it started out with an intense worship and opening prayer. Etchinam Essinam Mary, the President for ARSRC Zone 2 gave a profound welcome address drawing the attention of the attendees to the reason for the conference.
The program also featured an inspiring GYLF talkshow segment where the attendees were inspired greatly and they all signed up to be part of the forum.
Mrs. Evelyn Obeng Cudjoe, the distinguished guest from the Department of Biology in Opoku Wade School took the students through a presentation on How to Study Effectively. She gave out 5 easy-to-follow steps to studying effectively and she concluded by making them understand the need to involve God in their studies.
The School's Literary Group gave a dance presentation using the GYLF theme song which aroused excitement from the students.
Gem Wisdom Dominic, the GYLF Coordinator for Ghana shared with the students on Academic Excellence and the students were greatly inspired to take their academic more seriously.
The climax of the conference was the several people who gave their lives to Christ, testimonies of healings and the hope restored to many.
And with this, the GYLF has penetrated the Bekwai Municipal in Ghana
Glory to God!
