GYLF BACK TO SCHOOL CAMPAIGN IN UGANDA

Posted on 22nd September 2017

GYLF Admin

Ambassadors of the Global Youth Leaders' Forum in Uganda organized a 'Back to School' campaign in Kasokoso community. With over 500 families domiciled here, Kasokoso is registered as one of the most populated slums in Uganda, with a predominantly high rate of poverty. During the campaign, members of the GYLF reached out to the children in this community through the distribution of educational and household materials such as pencils, pens, note books, rulers and toiletries, just to mention a few. They also ministered the Word of God to many families, leading the unsaved to Christ. Special thanks to the members of the GYLF in Uganda for the impact made in the lives of many in Kasokoso community.
